This release fixes marker popups and map search failing on cached map pages, and adds a permission check to the Google Maps API key verification action.

* The Google Maps API key verification action ran without confirming that the current user can manage settings.
* Issues on map pages served from a cache or left open for a long time:
– Clicking a marker on a map with more than 100 entries showed an empty popup or jumped straight to the entry page;
– Searching within a map on a DataTables layout could return nothing.
