Fix: Duration Type field not saving when creating a brand new membership level.
Fix: If a customer signed up for a hard-set level, but didn’t complete registration, they were unable to go back and complete payment later. The membership was stuck at pending and unable to be completed. This typically could only happen with the PayPal gateway, if someone was taken off-site for payment but then never completed it.
