* Tweak – The FedEx Freight credentials warning is now a standard WooCommerce notice plus an Inbox note, it names the affected shipping zones, and it returns after 30 days if the credentials are still missing instead of staying dismissed forever. The `fedex_dismiss_freight_credentials_notice` AJAX action is deprecated and will be removed in 4.9.0; existing dismissals are migrated automatically.

* Add – FedEx Freight (LTL) live rates via the new FedEx Freight platform (api.ltl.tech), which the FedEx Freight spinoff moved LTL rating onto.
* Add – Separate FedEx Freight API credentials, OAuth, and an independent production/sandbox environment toggle for the FedEx Freight platform.
* Tweak – FedEx Freight (LTL) rates now require separate FedEx Freight API credentials from developer.fedexfreight.com. Stores that rated LTL before the spinoff will not receive LTL rates until those credentials are entered.
* Fix – A rate response containing no rates is now remembered for ten minutes instead of a week, so a temporary empty result from FedEx no longer suppresses rates for that destination for days.
* Fix – Stores that have not entered their FedEx API credentials no longer write authentication errors to the log on every request.
